Product Returns and Exchanges

For physical products and testing kits purchased through our website, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Product Condition: We only accept returns for products in new condition. This means the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and completely unused. Due to the medical and diagnostic nature of our items, opened or used kits cannot be returned.

• Return Method & Shipping Costs: We offer free returns. A return shipping label is included in your package, and customers do not have to pay for return shipping. Once a return is requested, we will initiate a courier pickup at your address.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees (No cost).

• Exchanges: We accept exchanges for defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the "new condition" criteria mentioned above.

• Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
